These terms govern your use of the Effint Locksmith website. They are a general notice, not a signed service contract. Work performed at a vehicle or a property is governed by the scope you approve for that visit. If a sentence here conflicts with a written scope for a job, the written scope controls that job.

Website use

You may use this site to learn about mobile locksmith services in Sacramento and nearby cities and to contact the company. You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, probes it for weaknesses, or misrepresents who you are.

Service is arranged in Sacramento and nearby cities. Nearby cities are confirmed when you request service. This site does not name additional cities. Nothing on the site is an offer to perform work in a place we have not agreed to schedule.

Estimates

Descriptions of lockouts, keys, fobs, programming, ignition work, rekeys, repairs, and smart lock installation explain the kind of job. They are not estimates, quotes, or price guarantees. A trip fee applies. The cost of the work is agreed in USD before it starts. This site does not publish a price list. Submitting the contact form does not create an estimate, a booking, or a dispatch.

We do not promise to be the lowest price, and we do not promise a result the visit has not supported. This site does not publish a 24/7 schedule or a guaranteed arrival time. Emergency requests are accepted. At night, call +1 (866) 968-5301. The website form is not a channel for immediate emergency help. A public schedule and 24/7 coverage are not listed.

Appointments

A visit exists only when we confirm that a technician can attend. If you need to cancel, email information@effint.com as soon as you can. If a technician is already traveling, a charge for that trip may apply. Any such charge is stated when the visit is confirmed.

Service information

We try to describe locksmith work accurately. That information is general. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle or your lock, and it is not an instruction for opening a lock. Bring documents that show you own the vehicle or property, or may authorize work on it. Do not upload identification or documents through the website form.

Photographs on this site illustrate locksmith work. This page does not state who owns those photographs or under what license they are used. Manufacturer names, when a page mentions a common vehicle make, are not a claim that we are an authorized dealer. This website does not add a warranty by describing a service.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate contact details and a fair description of the problem. Be present, or have an authorized person present. Provide a safe place to work. Where a condo or a landlord restricts the lock, you are responsible for that approval.

Intellectual property

The text and layout on this site are used by Effint Locksmith. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site’s pages or structure to build another site. Trademarks of vehicle and hardware manufacturers remain theirs.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Submit false contact details or a request you do not intend as a genuine inquiry.
• Ask the company to open a vehicle or a property you are not allowed to enter.
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass the form’s limits.
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades service for other visitors.
• Use the company’s name to send messages we did not send.
• Rely on the site to justify forcing a lock, a key, or an ignition.

Third-party links

A page may link to another part of this site. If we ever link to a third-party site, that site has its own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content we do not control.

Limitation

The website is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, Effint Locksmith is not liable for losses that come only from using or being unable to use the website, including decisions you make from a page without a written scope. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Service performed at a vehicle or a property is limited by the scope and by the facts of that job.

We may update these terms when the site or the way we take requests changes. The effective date at the top will be revised. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to use of the site after that date.
