This policy describes how Effint Locksmith (“Effint,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. It is a plain-language notice for visitors. It is not legal advice. A locksmith visit is also discussed with you directly.

Who this policy is about

The site is operated by Effint Locksmith, a mobile locksmith practice that arranges automotive, residential, and commercial work, including smart lock installation, in Sacramento and nearby cities. Emergency requests are accepted. Contact details are listed at the end of this policy and on the contact page.

Information you type into the service form

The contact page includes a service request form. It asks for your name, phone number, email address, the service you select, and a message. Use the message for the location, the vehicle or the door, and what happened.

Bring documents that show you own the vehicle or property, or may authorize work on it. Do not upload identification or documents through the website form.

If the form is submitted successfully, the website sends that information by email to information@effint.com. Requests stay in that mailbox. They are not written to a database, a CRM, or a file on the web server, and they are not passed to other contractors. This site does not send marketing mailings. We keep service requests in email for one month as a business practice. That one-month period is the confirmed practice for form requests. The form script does not auto-delete mail, and this policy does not promise automatic deletion.

Do not treat a successful form submission as proof that a person has opened an inbox, booked a visit, or dispatched a technician.

How form information may be used

When you submit the form, or when you email us, we may use the information you provide to:

• Respond to a service request or a question about the company.
• Confirm, schedule, or decline a visit in Sacramento or a nearby city.
• Prepare a cost in USD for the job you described, agreed before work starts.
• Keep the request in email for one month as a business practice.
• Protect the site and our correspondence from spam, fraud, and misuse.
